The guest speaker for the meeting was Will Poston. Will is a Forage Campaign Manager for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF). Will is currently focused on the Menhaden fishery in the Chesapeake Bay.

The 2025-2026 Officers and Board of Directors also were sworn in at the meeting. Pictured below from left to right are board members Eric Fjell, Mike Lane, Jimmy Fanny, Gary Brown, Chris Trimpey, Secretary Priscilla Taylor, Treasurer Tim Doxey, board member Bruce Kliche and Vice President Darden Langston. After being sworn in, the Vice President swore in Chris Ferguson as chapter president.
