For the February 2026 chapter dinner meeting, Chapter Food Chair Claudia Powell coordinated the much anticipated 8th annual Chapter chili cookoff. Several chapter members signed up to bring 14 pots of chili, 5 plates of cornbread/muffins, and 4 plates of delicious assorted homemade desserts. About 40 Chapter Ikes showed up altogether to sample the various chili recipes and to vote on their favorite.
