Saturday, December 4th was a busy day at the chapter park. While several chapter Ikes showed up to do yet more work removing roots form the front face of the chapter park dam, the scouts from Troop#1 were camped out for the weekend in tents near the gazebo.

We acknowledge the support of scouts in helping our community in a myriad of ways, including the disposal of worn-out flags at this flag retirement ceremony below held at our chapter park back in November. Also in November, the scouts held a Webelos weekend at our chapter park, an event where the scouts help introduce the younger ones to the troop.
