Those members who didn’t attend the October member’s meeting missed out on delicious meal and an enjoyable evening. Jonathan Echols once again organized and executed a chapter fish fry along with the help of the cooking committee.
Jonathan and Lester Ward set up the fryers early. Cat fish, Tilapia and White fish were deep fried to perfection along with french fires and home made hush puppies.
The rest of the cooking crew, consisting of Bob and Kathy Marchant, Ray and Claudia Powell, David (not pictured) and Jennifer Wood, prepared the cole slaw, corn on the cobb and an array of deserts. By the looks of it the cooking crew were enjoying themselves in the kitchen while preparing and serving the meal.
