We had a very good turnout at our Chapter Park on Saturday, September 12th, 2015 for our Fall (semi-annual) Park maintenance cleanup day. Sixteen (16) scouts from BSA Troop #1, led by Allen Kiger, assisted 25 of our Chapter Members with clearing weeds from our dam and drainage pond culvert and in digging a shallow drainage ditch alongside our roadway to help prevent erosion.
Afterwards, Bob Barnhill cooked up a nice lunch for everyone, grilled hotdogs and sausages and all the trimmings!
