August 2019 Adopt-A-Road Cleanup

A group of dedicated chapter volunteers worked through the heat and humidity on August 21st to participate in the chapter’s semi annual Adopt-A-Road cleanup. Prior to the monthly dinner meeting, 17 volunteers picked up trash and debris from along Kings Fork Road and a section of Providence Road. 10 Bags of trash, a tire and a truck running board were retrieved. Dana Hale volunteered to coordinate the event for Adopt-A-Road Committee chair Danny Stephenson.
