On Saturday, May 19th, the chapter held our annual picnic at the park. Jimmy Fanny and Jim Tromatter arrived early to set up for the festivities.The weather the week before the picnic was pretty soggy but about 25 members turned out the day of the event. A couple of light rain showers during the day caused everyone to head for the gazebo for awhile but other than that a good time was had by all. Kathy and Bob Marchant cooked up some hamburgers and hot dogs with some help from Chris Ferguson.
After lunch everyone enjoyed a lazy spring afternoon sharing stories and listening to the rain drops.
