On Saturday, September 12th, eighteen (18) chapter Ikes showed up for our scheduled park maintenance work day. Mother nature provided a wonderful breeze and cool temperatures, and everybody worked hard, practicing social distancing by maintaining a safe distance from one another, and by wearing face masks whenever in close proximity to one another.
We were able to complete most of the tasks previously identified by Jimmy that needed to be done. Several chapter Ikes, who had conflicting schedules for this event, have already volunteered to work on those unfinished tasks later in the week, and so all in all it was a wonderful day of comraderie and fellowship.
