Larry is Senior Forecaster and Climate Program Leader for the National Weather Service, Wakefield, VA.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Larry provided a fascinating look at weather and climate. His program included weather averages, extreme rain events, extreme heat events, El Nino\/La Nina, tropical cyclones and trends and sea level rise.
