Melody works with the Dominion Green Power program as an associate outreach coordinator. The Green Power program supports renewable energy sources such as wind, solar and biomass facilities around Virginia.<\/p>\n<p>During the presentation, Melody discussed the differences between renewable and non-renewable energy sources and their impact on the environment. She also explained what Renewable Energy Certificates are and how they are used to purchase renewable energy sources that deliver power to the electrical power grid.
