Membership Participation Policy<\/h1>\n

Our chapter’s current membership participation policy was first established by our chapter’s board of directors in 2018 and was last revised on January 1st, 2025.\u00a0 It describes the minimum requirements for member participation during each calendar year. We encourage all Chapter members to review the policy and the accompanying forms below that will be needed to fulfill this recurring annual participation requirement.<\/p>\n

Membership Participation Waiver<\/a><\/td>\nThis form is used to request a participation waiver from the Chapter board of Directors<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Committee Chair Event Participation Sign-in Sheet<\/a><\/td>\nThis form can be used by a Committee Chair of a chapter event to record work start\/stop times for each volunteer on a single form, in lieu of having each volunteer submit their own individual participation forms.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
