Notice of a Dues Late Fee for Annual Membership Renewals:

Per the Chapter Membership Policy, for a member to be in “Good Standing” he/she is asked to pay their dues by December 31st prior to the new calendar year. Many of our members pay in November and December and some pay at the first dinner meeting in January which is acceptable. Yet there are a few who have stretched this grace period into February, March, and April. Paying dues timely results in all members receiving their membership cards with the new gate combination by the February dinner meeting. It also helps the Chapter Treasurer prepare a budget for the New Year for approval by the Board of Directors. To encourage members to pay timely the Board of Directors has approved a $20 late fee to be charged to those members who pay their dues after the first dinner meeting in January. The first dinner meeting is the third Wednesday of the month.

Contact the Membership Chair directly with any questions about membership at . Note: you may wish to consider becoming a life or life benefactor member as an alternative to paying yearly dues.
